Wake Up London Presents:  The Miracle of MindfulnessPublic Talk with the Monastic Community of Thich Nhat Hanh

Learn, experience and practice the art of mindfulness with the monastic community of Zen Master, poet and peace activist Thich Nhat Hanh - known by many as the 'Father of Western Mindfulness'.

The monks and nuns will be sharing simple exercises and inspiring stories to offer tools for being fully aware of life in the present moment and strategies for meeting life's stresses and difficulties with a sense of inner peace and calm.

This is a wonderful opportunity for people from all cultures, different faiths and none, to come together to experience the transformational practices of mindfulness.

Join us for this peaceful evening in the centre of London and take home the means to build a centre for peace and happiness in oneself.

Tickets: Standard £15
Doors for registration opens at 5:15 pm

Wake Up London was founded in September 2010 by a group of friends that met on a retreat in Nottingham with Thich Nhat Hanh in August that same year. Feeling inspired by our experience on the retreat and our time together, we wanted to keep our practice of mindfulness alive and invite other young people to join us.
